Position Overview

Looking for the right opportunity to put your QA expertise to good use in a high-impact, high-reward environment? We are looking for a QA Analyst to join our team and help us continue to grow our popular small-business services. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 4-year degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of current professional QA experience
  • 1+ years working with automated testing tools
  • Experience using JIRA or similar solutions
  • Ability to stay organized when working with multiple tasks, teams, and changing schedules and priorities
  • Experience working as part of an agile/scrum development team is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Curiosity, intelligence, and a strong work ethic above all else
  • Top-notch creative testing skills

Key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Prepare test plans and test cases based on user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Execute manual and automated test cases
  • Create bug reports
  • Verify bug fixes
  • Plan and perform security, performance, compatibility, and other types of testing as needed
