About the role
We are seeking a PPC / SEM expert to join our in-house marketing team. This position will plan, develop, and implement comprehensive paid media strategies to increase our brands’ (LivePlan, Outpost, and Business Plan Pro) visibility and recognition, and drive new user acquisition while increasing ROAS.
This is a full-time, exempt, senior position on the team — reporting to the Director of Marketing — with aggressive sales and acquisition goals. Over time, and with future success, you will have the opportunity to grow the role into a management position for this area.
You are an extremely motivated individual with equal parts analytics prowess, creative thinking, clear and concise copy-writing, and a solid eye for good design and user-flow. You’re in one of the most changing, dynamic aspects of digital marketing and as such, are constantly educating yourself on new campaign types and targeting opportunities. You’re dogged about constantly putting up great numbers and coming up with fresh ideas for the next big campaign.
You are strategic, able to develop innovative solutions, take initiative, and possess a well-rounded marketing background. In current or previous roles of a similar nature, you’ve consistently proven you can meet and exceed ROI targets and are motivated by analytics and audience insights to drive engagement in key market segments.
This role requires a hands-on individual who is ready to drive sales and revenue upward. Paid acquisition is a large contributor to our sales funnels, and we’ll only be looking to you to grow, grow, grow this. You will actively manage a 6-figure plus monthly marketing budget across the following platforms: Google Ads (formerly Google Adwords), Bing Advertising, YouTube, Adroll, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn ads, etc.
