About our product team
We use an agile process with two-week coding sprints, story point estimation, monthly retrospectives, and a commitment to experimentation and continuous process improvement. We develop our web applications using React, ES6, Java, Dropwizard, Redis, Postgres, Docker, AWS cloud hosting, and other contemporary technologies. Our in-house product managers and UX designers work upstream from development, kicking off new feature designs and preparing user stories with design deliverables for team estimation. Our QA team is in-house too; they use a combination of technical chops and subject-matter expertise to do manual and automated testing on new features, regressions, bug fixes, and more.
We value independent thinking, creative problem-solving, family and work-life balance, and rewarding company culture. Living and working in Eugene supports the best of all worlds—interesting and challenging work in a growing tech scene delivering world-class technology from right here in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Eugene’s commute times were rated best in the nation and homes are more affordable than you’d find in Seattle or the Bay Area.
We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. We’re looking for passion, talent, and curiosity. If this sounds like the right challenge to use and grow your skills, apply with us today!
